Return & Exchange Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within the first 7 days from the date of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. It must be in its original packaging.

  3. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Only items that are defective or damaged will be eligible for replacement (based on an exchange request).

To initiate a return or exchange request, please email us at support@cryztalzone.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Note: Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These exceptions will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved after our quality check, it will be processed as per our policy.
